Project Relocation Management
Once the Client’s Management signs off on the
relocation plan and budget, Office Facilities Group’s management team provides all
on-site coordination to ensure that the move
schedule and budget are adhered to by:
Timely reporting to management including advise
and observations Developing a detailed hourly
move schedule for staff and vendors Monitoring
lines of communications between move team,
staff, and vendors to ensure efficiency and
accuracy
Organizing and conducting regular project
meetings with move team, vendors, and both
Conduct training sessions to staff for move
preparation, staff responsibilities during the
move, and post move follow-up Monitoring and
coordinating vendor activities and progress
related to the impact of the move schedule
Provide on-site management for the pre-move,
installation services, physical relocation, post
move, any furniture liquidation, and origin
facility broom-sweep services After the move,
conduct a thorough review of each vendor’s
performance and comparison to the move schedule
and budget.
Recommend payments for final invoices. Submit
final analysis report to management for Project
Relocation
