Broom-Sweep Services
Now that your offices are empty and you have everything you want moved; you look around and realize that there is a lot of stuff and trash lying about.  Your landlord will not accept the return of your space in this current condition, you can’t or don’t know how to deal with it, and the job is too large for your janitorial service. 

Office Facilities Group has provided Broom-Sweep services to over 1,250,000 square feet of office space.  We will remove all trash and prepare all floors for vacuuming, hence the term “Broom-Sweep”.  We will conduct a walkthrough
with the Property Management to secure a written release (acceptance) of the space.
